Last night, i had the opportunity to fight a karate national team member in a sparring match at the dojo. We tied in points but getting hit in the eye is nasty :) I immediately thought of retinal detachment. Good thing my sister was home last night so she got to check for damages. It was cool though. I know that i can hold my own but i want to be better.

Bianca and i went to a Condo Open house in front of the Podium. Amazing place. Would love to live there. If only i had 9 million ;) If i did have 9 million bucks, i would rather buy a lot and have a house built than get a 109 sq meter condo.

My car is still not fixed. Got delayed with the Insurance red tape but i still like my insurance company. Speaking of companies, what is wrong with banks?!? I tried to take out a loan for a townhouse with PS Bank and i got denied. They gave me a lame reason that since my father's credit was bad, that i might be the same too. Talk about stupid. My credit is impeccable. They should have asked for proof of good credit standing instead of making stupid assumptions. Anyway, im going to go to another bank. PSBank sucks to high heaven.
